What is the state's notice that college dormitories are changed from eight to six?
"Eight reforms and six reforms" means that the Ministry of Education issued a document on 20 16, requiring colleges and universities to encourage students to live in dormitories with 6 or less people and gradually phase out dormitories with 8 or more people. The policy aims to improve the living environment and safety conditions of college students' dormitories and promote the healthy growth of students' body and mind. Specifically, the implementation of the "eight reforms and six reforms" policy includes two aspects:

1. Renovation of existing dormitories: Colleges and universities need to renovate the existing dormitories with 8 or more people into dormitories with 6 or less people, gradually eliminate old buildings and equipment, and improve students' quality of life.

2. Supporting new dormitories: Colleges and universities need to organize the planning and construction of new dormitories suitable for 6 people or less, and establish and improve the management system and service mechanism to ensure that students' basic living needs are met.
