Xinhui, formerly known as Zhou Gang, now belongs to Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, and is a famous historical and cultural city in Guangdong.

Xinhui is located in the southwest of Pearl River Delta, on the banks of Yinzhou Lake and downstream of Tanjiang River.
