In the process of internship, I became a teacher, had my first batch of students, and realized my ideal of going to the podium. Under the guidance of the tutor, I am serious and responsible, do all the teaching work well, complete the task requirements, and be a qualified people's teacher.
In the past month, I have grown a lot, and I am slowly integrating into this school and my students. How I taught it is really hard to say. It is difficult to attend class, and discipline is difficult to guarantee. Because there are some classroom homework to do in class, half of a class is busy with discipline, and the teaching goal is not easy to achieve. At first, it was difficult for me to go to class. Maybe I don't know the key to teaching. I don't know why. Many students basically don't want to learn art. In fact, in communication with students, they all want to learn, but they can't find a good way to express the content of their homework. Many students also say that painting is not good. Afraid of hardship and fatigue, as a student, I don't know what to do and what not to do. I talked to them a lot and made them try to practice, but the results were not satisfactory. They can't control themselves at all, and their consciousness is poor. Whenever they encounter a small problem, they will give up. Such students will never learn well! Although I have no prejudice against their grades, I am really worried about them because I don't even want to do simple things.
It is really difficult for a novice to prepare lessons and write lesson plans. Although the school has appointed a tutor, I feel that everything is easy to understand by myself. If there is a problem, I will actively guide the teacher to communicate. In order to make up for my own shortcomings, I will prepare lessons carefully, write lesson plans, ask more people for advice, seize the opportunity of each class, and exercise and cultivate my teaching ability in strict accordance with the requirements of the school and the instructor. Slowly, I also received normal teaching.
My work focuses on students, so I know a large number of students, because good relations with them are also an important part of teaching. Of course, I will continue to refuel and do my job well.
Soon I got used to the teaching here and became familiar with the situation of each class. Now we should keep a good attitude, explore new teaching methods and teach them my educational ideas. At the same time, we should pay attention to the situation of some students who like to talk and maintain good classroom discipline.
Increase the communication between teachers and students and let them join the group. Every teacher and student demands progress, so teachers should pay more attention to students and communicate with them according to their actual situation, because I will soon tolerate them being angry because of their age. It is also a good idea to encourage them more.
To encourage and praise them well is to improve teachers' teaching level and students' learning enthusiasm, so as a teacher, you should give praise according to the different situations of students.
In our education, punishment is also a means of education. Of course, the punishment should be especially cautious. I think we should pay attention to the following aspects when punishing students: ① First, we should pay attention to respecting students' independent personality and protecting their self-confidence and self-esteem. Good is good, and wrong is wrong. Don't deny all your mistakes; The purpose of punishment is to warn students what they can't do and what the consequences will be. It is not to punish students for punishment, but to punish students for education. In other words, punishment is the means and education is the purpose; Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone will correct them. It doesn't matter whether they are punished or not. It is important to correct them. The key is not to punish, but to learn from it and correct mistakes.
