First-and second-class registered fire engineers
"Registered Fire Engineer" refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the examination, obtained the qualification certificate of registered fire engineer at the corresponding level, registered according to law, and engaged in fire safety technical work such as fire technical consultation, fire safety assessment, fire safety management, fire safety technical training, fire facilities detection, fire accident technical analysis, fire facilities maintenance, fire safety monitoring and fire safety inspection.
Item 2: Licensed Pharmacist
The national licensed pharmacist qualification examination is jointly organized by the Ministry of Personnel and the State Food and Drug Administration of the United States.
Duties, rights and obligations of licensed pharmacists
(1) Basic guidelines for licensed pharmacists. Licensed pharmacists must abide by professional ethics, be loyal to their duties, be responsible for drug quality, and ensure that people use drugs safely and effectively.
(2) Licensed pharmacists must strictly implement the Drug Administration Law and relevant laws, regulations and policies, and have the responsibility to make suggestions and stop illegal acts or decisions, refuse to implement them or report to superiors.
(three) licensed pharmacists are responsible for the supervision and management of drug quality within the scope of practice, and participate in the formulation, implementation and handling of violations of the total quality management of drugs in their own units.
(4) Licensed pharmacists are responsible for prescription review and supervision, providing medication consultation and information, guiding rational drug use, and carrying out clinical pharmacy work such as drug treatment monitoring and drug efficacy evaluation.
