According to the Notice of On-site Warning Education for Production Safety Accidents, enterprises should take timely measures to carry out accident warning education after accidents, so as to improve employees' safety awareness and prevention ability. As far as I know, it is a practice to hold an on-site meeting of accident warning education within 15 days after the accident. This kind of meeting is usually organized by the enterprise safety management department to comprehensively analyze and summarize the cause of the accident, investigate the responsibility and preventive measures, and convey relevant safety knowledge and lessons to all employees. By holding the on-site meeting of accident warning education, enterprises can strengthen employees' safety awareness, improve their ability to identify and respond to potential risks, and thus reduce the recurrence of similar accidents.
