Under the basic concept of "teachers' morality first, children first, ability first and lifelong learning", specific requirements are put forward for the professional quality of kindergarten teachers, including three dimensions and fourteen fields respectively. This is the general content of the Professional Standards I read. Today, after listening to Professor Ada from Beijing Normal University's interpretation of "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers", I feel that the spring of preschool education has arrived, and kindergarten teachers in the new era are facing great challenges. How to be a kindergarten teacher that children like and parents are satisfied with? This requires kindergarten teachers not only to have professional technical ability, but also to have professional theoretical knowledge and professionalism, such as the knowledge of "early childhood education" and "early childhood psychology".
