My internship department is the technical service department, mainly engaged in computer sales and after-sales service in Zhengzhou area. Although I majored in e-commerce, I know little about computer maintenance, and I haven't done computer maintenance for anyone, so I have to learn everything from scratch. At the beginning of my internship, my colleagues in the office gave me some rules and regulations about the company's departmental operation and computer maintenance, which made me have a certain understanding of the company's operation and computer maintenance, especially system maintenance. I really realized the importance attached by a heavyweight national enterprise unit to personnel, and understood that although the computer maintenance work of my technical service department is a small aspect of the operation of the enterprise department, it is related to the image of the enterprise in the eyes of the general public, and to the courage and brand affinity of the enterprise to participate in the national computer auction. Our experienced brothers and sisters also explained to me in detail every note in computer maintenance, and often led me to pay a return visit to customers, product market research and computer system maintenance; Later, I participated in some specific work, such as customer appointment, maintenance order, publicity and specific maintenance work. With the help and guidance of department leaders and all my colleagues, after so many days of study and work, I have become familiar with the whole process of computer maintenance, and I can independently and skillfully maintain computers and accurately report various computer failures.

During my internship, I deeply felt that the technical service department is a United and energetic group. Every day, everyone is smiling. Even if the work is stressful, there will still be laughter in the office. Facing customers, everyone is always warm and sincere; When we encounter difficulties at work, everyone always helps each other until the problem is solved. The whole department lives in harmony, just like a warm family. Department leaders are the parents in this family, giving everyone a lot of room to play freely. From them, I really realized the true meaning of Qingdao Hisense's "respect, dedication, high efficiency and high level service", the meaning of "service and dedication" of the service department, the service concept of "creating perfection and serving the society", the corporate culture of Qingdao Hisense Computer Company, and what is "innovation is life". I am particularly moved that whenever I encounter difficulties and ask for help, everyone will tell me selflessly; Once, a customer said that his computer often crashed with a black screen for no reason. When I get there, no matter who can find out where the problem lies, I suggest to see if the customer overclocked the computer by himself. People didn't ignore my opinion because of my inexperience. As a result, we found that this is really the case. Then we pick up the main frequency of CPU and educate customers not to overclock casually. In the end, everyone praised me on the spot. I'm so happy. I am proud to be an intern in such a company and proud of the career of Qingdao Hisense people. I am glad that I can work and study in such a limited time and in such a harmonious atmosphere, share happiness with my colleagues and work together. So I try to learn from my colleagues, ask if I don't understand, and earnestly complete every job given to me by my leaders and colleagues.
