Preschool comprehensive education experiment

In order to optimize the development environment and improve the rehabilitation level of disabled children, ordinary kindergartens are encouraged to accept school-age children with mild disabilities to study in regular classes, and children with special needs in ordinary kindergartens are given direct help, so that disabled children can be integrated into their peers and receive education together with ordinary children.

Conditions for declaring the experimental area
