In the second book "No one can cure all beings", which doctor in the world can make a fool's mind smart? That's why I said that Laozi and Zhuangzi were talking about medicine. All ideological diseases, political diseases, economic diseases and various diseases are mentioned in Zhuangzi, only depending on how you study them.

38. Learn to be well nourished and have a good rest before you can study hard. People asked me what I was doing in seclusion! Go to sleep. Sleep for seven or eight days as soon as you enter the room, and then don't sleep. You will study hard as soon as you sit down. Especially after eleven o'clock in the evening, you must sleep, sleep for a while, and you will be refreshed.

39. I see you are here to learn Buddhism and Taoism. You are young, good at taking care of yourself, lazy, refusing to help others, but strict with others. Looking at this and that, I feel that others are not sages. Are you a saint? I think you are a "idle person", a useless idle person left, with or without you.

40. What is the realm? Is to seek happiness, enjoyment and pleasure.
