Communicate with children
First of all, you need to have in-depth communication with children to understand why they don't respect teachers and classmates. Listen to children's thoughts and opinions, understand their feelings and thoughts, and tell them that it is not correct to disrespect others.
Establish/make rules
Make some clear rules and codes of conduct, and tell children the basic rules to follow at school and at home, such as no swearing, no fighting and so on.
Give rewards and punishments.
Children who behave well can be given appropriate rewards, such as praise, small gifts and so on. For children who don't follow the rules, some appropriate punishment measures can be taken, such as limiting game time and prohibiting the use of electronic equipment.
Teach children to respect others.
As a parent, you can educate your children to respect others through your words and deeds. At the same time, you can tell children some stories, or teach them the importance of respecting others through TV programs.
Communicate with the teacher
If children's disrespectful behavior seriously affects the learning and teaching order, they can communicate with teachers and work out solutions together.
