Wuhu Personnel Examinations Institute has four departments according to its main responsibilities (equivalent to the establishment of deputy division level).

(1) General Department

Responsible for administration, logistics, finance and asset management; To undertake secretarial, study, meeting, security, consultation and complaint work; Comprehensively coordinate the examination, education planning and personnel arrangement; Responsible for the subscription and distribution of examination training materials and teaching materials; To undertake other tasks assigned by the leaders.

(2) Examination Section

Undertake the specific examination work of all kinds of personnel examinations in the city; Responsible for all kinds of examination plans, examination registration information collection and technical management, technical support and technical development throughout the year; Responsible for the safety maintenance, safety insurance and use of examination information system and electronic question bank, and responsible for the safety management of server room and test paper security room; Responsible for the examination and training network construction and examination and training information release.

(3) Training Section

To undertake the specific education work of all kinds of training for civil servants in the city; Responsible for the specific implementation of the training and assessment of public courses for continuing education of professional and technical personnel in the city, as well as the verification of training registration, certificate management and assessment and acceptance of continuing education bases in the city; Responsible for the technical level assessment and training of workers in government agencies and institutions in the city; Responsible for the training and implementation of demobilized military cadres.

(4) Research Group (Social Service Department)

Undertake all kinds of talent evaluation services and socialized examination evaluation services in the city; Undertake all kinds of socialized talent training services in the city; Organize modern distance education and postgraduate training; Responsible for the construction and management of teaching teachers, proposition experts and examiners; Comprehensively coordinate the arrangement and implementation of the examination, training and scientific research tasks of the whole hospital.
