1. Log in to the website in official website first, and forget the account number and password. Click the Login button, which is usually in the upper right corner of the website.

2. Then click Forgotten Password on the member login center page.

3. Secondly, the system will display the verifiable methods according to the account binding. Select the authentication method you want to use, and then click Verify Now on the right.

4. After the final verification, you can fill in the new password online and click Submit.
