Confucius' educational story
Three educational stories of Confucius:

1, Luz once asked Confucius: I heard that an idea is very good, should it be implemented immediately? Confucius said: There are fathers and brothers who are more experienced than you. You should ask them first. Where can you do it right away? However, You Ran also asked Confucius this question, and Confucius replied: Of course, it should be implemented immediately. Gong Xihua saw the same question and gave different answers. He couldn't figure it out, so he asked Confucius. Confucius said, Ran Qiu should be brave, but he should be cautious when traveling. This is Confucius' idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude;

Yan Yuan is his favorite disciple, but because Yan Yuan is too obedient to him, he said: Yan Hui didn't help me because he accepted everything from me. The story of this brother is that Confucius taught Yan Yuan to think independently.

3. Confucius advocated all-round development, but Zigong tended to be biased, so he criticized Zigong and said: You are just a tool! Zi Gong asked: What utensils? Confucius said: Fortunately, it is a sacrificial tool. This sentence means that Zigong is a decent musical instrument on individual occasions, but it does not pay attention to all-round development. It is Confucius' exhortation to his disciples.
