First, give yourself a teaching guiding ideology. I know that I am engaged in general education now. After all, there are only a few musicians in the future, and most students can only become people who like music and love listening to it when they grow up. Therefore, my music education is for many children who are not musicians in the future, so that they can consciously feel music and create their own music in happy music teaching activities, thus improving their music quality, developing their intelligence and developing their personality. Secondly, we set short-term goals for each class to learn different levels. Judging from the overall completion, students' musical literacy is getting better and better. Therefore, the environment is more relaxed for them. So that they can't really realize their mistakes and have no fear. Therefore, in the future, we should pay special attention to clear rewards and punishments and grasp the scale. Also, humor is not used enough.

In the next semester's teaching work, I want students to really feel the aesthetic function of music. Let students listen to music well, sing extracurricular songs well, and cultivate students' interest in writing, participating and actively learning music. I will strengthen the ideological education of some students next semester. Let all the students move. In classroom teaching, I will reflect on my teaching behavior in order to do a good job in the "next class" and use it to clearly reflect my teaching situation after class. I will use it to think and solve my teaching problems in time, so that my music teaching effect can be gradually improved.
