1. Open the education platform APP and click Forgot Password.

2. On the Forgotten Password page, click Retrieve by ID Card.

3. Select whether the user type is a student or a teacher, and fill in the relevant information.

4. After filling in the information, click Next.

5. Set a new password and remember it, just wait for the submitted feedback.
