I don't know what kind of document you mean. Generally, larger education bureaus will publish some news, notices and decisions on their own websites. Except for the website, in principle, all kinds of documents are backed up by the Education Bureau, whether they are public documents or documents issued to subordinate units. You can go to the local education bureau to find the documents you need, but it seems more convenient to need a letter of introduction from the unit where the documents are located.
