Under the new situation of reforming education, as an ordinary teacher in Xinzhai Primary School, what should I do and how should I adapt to the development of education? I think we should start from the following aspects:

First, infect students with noble sentiments.

This is the foundation of being a teacher. Teachers' words and deeds affect students, especially teachers' caring words and actions can give students incomparable happiness and warmth. This requires our teachers to love students as much as children and family. Secondly, we should understand and trust students. Treat children's mistakes correctly and love every student with a broad mind. Third, we should respect students' personalities and treat boys and girls equally, excellent and poor students. Inspire their inner hope and confidence and encourage them to make progress. Second, guide students with correct concepts.

This is the teacher's teaching principle. Teachers are called teachers because they are role models for people and are not influenced by fame and wealth. Therefore, our teachers should use correct concepts to guide students, help students know how to be human, and establish a correct outlook on life, values and world outlook. Teach students to cooperate with others, be honest and trustworthy, not be lazy, not escape, not lie, have a collective concept, have national integrity, respect the old and love the young, love the motherland, love the hometown and so on.

In addition, the formation of students' moral concepts and behavior norms largely comes from their own teachers, parents and society. They are often confused and contradictory about the bad phenomena in society and the bad influence at home, and then ask the teacher. At this time, the teacher's concept guidance plays a decisive role. Teachers' guidance can not only help students distinguish right from wrong, but also help students establish correct concepts and codes of conduct.

Third, arm students' minds with rich knowledge.

This is the duty of teachers' work. On the one hand, we should dedicate our knowledge to students without reservation, regardless of remuneration or gain or loss. On the other hand, we should constantly "recharge our batteries". While developing our professional knowledge, we should understand the development frontiers of various contemporary knowledge, strive to improve and innovate in knowledge, and enhance our knowledge reserves and cultural heritage. To make good use of teaching materials, we must go beyond teaching.

Materials, timely add new knowledge to students, and encourage students to explore knowledge. At the same time, it is a new challenge for our teachers to dare to face students' problems. 3. Have extensive cultural literacy. Any teacher, no matter what subject he undertakes, should know some subject knowledge adjacent to the subject course he teaches.
