First, early education instructors need to submit the following materials to declare:

1. Fill in the certificate application form.

2. On-the-job work certificate.

3. Provide a two-inch bareheaded color photo with a red background and an electronic version of the same original (JPEG format, 567×390 pixels, 100KB or less).

4. Copy of ID card (the new ID card is copied on both sides of A4 paper).

5. A copy of the certificate of education (degree or academic ability).

Second, the early education instructor enrollment target:
