1. First insert the microphone into the socket of the laptop, and then press and hold the "Windows+i" key at the same time;
2. Select the "System" button in the jumped interface, and then find "Sound";
3. Then select the microphone from the input device in the sound interface, click "Device Properties" and select this device in "Device Usage". The microphone is connected successfully.
If there is no sound in the microphone after connection, it may be because the socket of the laptop is not in good contact, so you can choose to plug it back in and try to see if the microphone can work normally.
If the microphone still doesn't work properly, you can check the microphone settings, right-click the speaker and select Recording Device.
Select Recording in the pop-up window, then select Show Disabled Devices, then right-click the microphone, click Enable, and then click Properties. In the pop-up window, click Monitor, then uncheck the check box in front of the monitor device, and then click Level. Drag "Microphone Enhancement" below to "+10.0 dB", then click "Advanced" and check all the options in "Exclusive Mode" below. That's it.
