Reflections on labor education in kindergartens
This week, Gao Qi launched the fifth "Friends Forum" to share activities. From the sharing of teachers, I can see what I really think in my daily life and work. Through the teacher's sharing, the following is my harvest: children are the promoters of the curriculum, and we often say that children are the masters of learning, so respecting children's subjective initiative can fully explore the topics that children are interested in.

Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in China, once said: "The combination of hands and brains is the beginning of creative education, and the combination of hands and brains is the purpose of creative education." The core purpose of "labor education" is to let children learn to take care of themselves, cultivate good habits of patience, carefulness and love of labor, and thus master basic life skills, such as the following aspects of labor:

First, planting education

Our big class has opened up a large planting area, which coincides with the Double Ninth Festival. We invited our grandfather to help us hoe and loosen the soil. Grandpa demonstrated, the children watched and learned the planting methods, and watched the grandfathers loosen the soil, and the children were eager to try.

So grandpa introduced the names and usage of the tools in his hand to the children, and the children began to take action. Then the children, led by the teacher, came to the plantation with great interest, eager to dig here and shovel there with a small shovel, but how to plant it? The teacher gave the children a demonstration, and the children were eager to move. Under the guidance of the teacher, the children dug, planted and buried the soil themselves, and everyone worked excitedly all morning. When children are outdoors, they are always willing to take care of Xiao Xinwei, water them and remove small weeds. Look! That bright smile shows the children's happy mood when measuring Xin Wei's height.

Second, improve self-care ability.

1. Small muscle thinning

Sew simple handicrafts with needle and thread to exercise children's coordination ability of hands, brain and eyes. At first, the children were afraid to try sewing and said, "My mother won't let me play, saying it's too dangerous." We will discuss the correct use of needle and thread with children and define it. Because children are curious about these things that can't be tried at home, the theme of "clothes are like cloth" in the production area attracts more and more children. Some children embroider, others cut clothes. ...

2. others will take care of themselves

Children prefer lunch time: take turns to help the kitchen in the canteen, and students finish setting the table, dividing meals, collecting tableware and delivering meals themselves. Pack your schoolbag, change your clothes and shoes after school and leave the park.

In kindergarten, our teachers are diligent, but sometimes teachers are diligent, which is harmful to children. It is not necessarily a good thing for children to do everything. Children eat slowly, and teachers help feed them; The child's button is loose, and the teacher helps to buckle it; The children didn't finish drawing, and the teacher helped them draw ... The children were very satisfied at that time, but after all, the children didn't get exercise. When faced with the challenge of self-care, those children who often get help from teachers will fall behind more and more, which is the "credit" of diligent teachers. If teachers are too diligent, they will lose many opportunities for exercise and growth. As the saying goes, "diligent mothers cultivate lazy children, and lazy mothers cultivate diligent children." Therefore, sometimes, as the mother of kindergarten children, our teacher should be a "lazy teacher".

Through the ability of working and living, I will create happiness, harmony and family with my own hands when I grow up. In kindergarten, children should also be given more opportunities to exercise, let them do it themselves, and believe in children!
