Fuyang No.3 Middle School, born in 1906, formerly known as Qingying Middle School, is a model high school in Anhui Province, directly under Fuyang Education Bureau, and is the first batch of 100 digital campus construction project schools in China.

Fuyang No.3 Middle School has a long history of thousands of years. As early as the Northern Song Dynasty, Ouyang Xiu, the literary leader of Yingzhou, founded the West Lake Academy near the West Lake in Yingzhou. The background of the new millennium continues to expand.
