You can't. Guizhou Normal University is located in Wudang District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It is a provincial full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. According to the inquiry, there are three ways to charge official website in Guizhou Normal University: collection by Agricultural Bank of China in the province, online banking payment, on-site payment, and candidates in the province: all three ways are acceptable. Candidates from outside the province can only pay fees in the second semester.
