The continuing education in pharmaceutical colleges consists of internal continuing education and external continuing education. First, the primary task of continuing education in pharmaceutical colleges is the construction of teachers.

Teachers' continuing education in our college is divided into two levels, namely, college-level continuing education and department-level continuing education. College-level continuing education mainly focuses on new knowledge, new progress and some universal new technologies in pharmacy, while department-level continuing education focuses on two disciplines. According to the actual situation of the department, the contents and methods of continuing education are designed and formulated at the beginning of each year, focusing on key points, grasping key points, stimulating interest and expanding work.
Scientific research is the foundation of teaching. Only by constantly improving the advantages of disciplines, attaching importance to the cultivation of teachers' scientific research ability, and infiltrating the frontier knowledge of disciplines into theoretical and experimental teaching in time can teaching be in a leading position.
In order to improve teachers' scientific research ability, Peking University Pharmaceutical College has planned to send 3-5 teachers abroad for further study or academic exchanges and scientific research cooperation every year. (2) Pay attention to the important role of teaching administrators in continuing education, and make the teaching management in colleges and universities more institutionalized, standardized and scientific.
Teaching management personnel undertake the teaching management of the college and the organization of continuing education. Teaching administrators are the bridge and link between teachers and students. Whether it is organized and managed efficiently and scientifically is directly related to the smooth progress of teaching links, and whether the management is strict directly affects the teaching quality. Teaching managers should keep abreast of the new trends and information of teaching reform at home and abroad, and submit teaching reform suggestions to the teaching Committee in a planned way every year; Teaching managers should keep abreast of teachers' needs for continuing education, pay attention to the new trends of continuing education at home and abroad, and organize and innovate continuing education activities at home and abroad.

The policy of continuing education in our college is to control the scale, adjust the structure, upgrade the level and improve the quality. The focus of our work is to improve and enhance our awareness and ability to serve the society.
(a) Pay attention to the ability training of trainees and train teachers for relevant institutions.
Our hospital has been engaged in intern training for more than 20 years. The students mainly come from brother universities, and a few come from provincial and municipal drug control institutes, drug identification institutes and some pharmaceutical companies and enterprises. Training students has become an important window for communication between our college and brother colleges. After years of practice, the student training mode has been gradually formed, which has trained high-quality teachers for brother colleges and promoted and improved the level and level of pharmaceutical education in China.
In the selection of students and trainees' tutors, our college implements the principle of two-way selection. When entering the school, introduce the recent research direction of teachers above associate professor in our college to students, and determine the tutor according to the wishes of students and the requirements of tutors. According to the regulations of the college, the instructor of students is an associate professor or above, and the instructor of students is a professor with doctoral tutor qualification.
In the training of advanced students, each student is required to take at least three courses each semester, and the rest of the time go to the laboratory for scientific research with the tutor. The ratio of theoretical study to experimental practice is about 3: 7; When training students, the tutor is required to write the training plan and implementation plan when the students enter the school. Our hospital has undertaken four national continuing medical education projects and the tasks of national continuing medical education base for pharmaceutical chemistry, a national key discipline. Run schools jointly through various channels and social forces, hold lectures and study classes, introduce new theories, new knowledge, new technologies, new methods and new regulations of pharmacy to pharmaceutical colleagues in time, and organize pharmaceutical personnel to discuss some hot issues in the pharmaceutical industry in that year. (three) to do a good job in continuing education and training of licensed pharmacists.
Since 200 1, our hospital has been entrusted by Beijing Drug Administration to undertake the continuing education and training of licensed pharmacists with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine for a period of four years. Over the past four years, Peking University College of Pharmacy has offered more than 50 courses through lectures, interactive discussions and online teaching, which has been well received by the majority of licensed pharmacists and has trained nearly 10,000 people, making due contributions to improving the quality of licensed pharmacists in China.
