All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, finance departments (bureaus) and education departments (education bureaus), finance bureaus and education bureaus of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, schools directly under the central government, and education (culture) departments of embassies and consulates abroad:

In order to adapt to the development and changes at home and abroad, combined with the actual work of national expatriate teachers, we have formulated the Regulations on the Management of Living Treatment of National Expatriate Teachers, which are hereby printed and distributed to you, and shall come into force as of July 201KLOC-0/year. The original Regulations on the Treatment of National Expatriate Teachers shall be abolished at the same time.
