Xi An Zheng Da Culture Tutorial School was established in August 2000. It is a standardized, full-time closed tutorial school approved by Xi Education Bureau, and the only tutorial school in Xi with its own campus.

The campus environment is elegant, the teaching facilities are complete and perfect, the apartment is clean and tidy, with heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. The meals in the school canteen are reasonable in nutrition, delicious and diverse, clean and hygienic, providing students with a comfortable and quiet learning and living environment.

In order to further standardize students' behavior, maintain normal teaching order and create a good learning atmosphere, our school prohibits students from bringing mobile phones into school. The specific matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. It is against discipline for students to carry mobile phones for whatever reason during school. If the mobile phone is found, it will be destroyed on the spot and punished as a violation of discipline.

2. If students keep their mobile phones privately and contact other people in the society, thus disrupting the teaching order of the school, the students will bear all the responsibilities and the school will severely punish them for the resulting safety accidents. If the circumstances are serious, they shall be dismissed or handed over to the public security department for handling.

3. The school will not be responsible for any losses or disputes caused by students holding mobile phones.

4. The school provides a special telephone for the class teacher, so that students can contact their parents free of charge to ensure smooth communication between home and school.
