First, the main practices (1) pay close attention to the self-construction of "Class One" and give full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress. We regard shaping the self-image of "a group of people" as the focus of strengthening the construction of party branches. Over the past year, we have mainly done the following work: 1. Strengthen the internal unity of the party branch and give full play to the overall efficiency. In order to strengthen the internal unity of the party branch, we have conscientiously implemented the spirit of the instructions of the Communist Youth League Committee on the construction of the party branch. The Party branch was rectified for five days. During the reorganization, a group of party branch members were organized to re-learn the basic knowledge of the party. According to party constitution's requirements, carefully dissect the problems existing in thought and work, find the crux, and make clear the direction of efforts. At the same time, we carried out activities such as heart-to-heart talk, criticism and self-criticism, and helped a branch member with passive work and job changes. I threw myself into my work with a new attitude. Secondly, I earnestly implement the seven systems of the Party's organizational life, party member's evaluation and work report, and rely on the system to manage the organization and party member, and strive to create an environment in which every party member should consciously accept the management and supervision of the Party organization, thus enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branch. Strive to establish a good atmosphere. We regard giving full play to the role of mass supervision as an important link in the construction of party branches. In view of the new characteristics of party style and party discipline construction under the condition of market economy, we have formulated the "Seven Provisions on Keeping the Party Branch Clean" and mobilized the masses to supervise its implementation. In August, the company undertook the task of barracks construction, and all kinds of building materials were readily available. None of the cadres in the company took a board and a nail. Some chickens, eggs, fish and meat are often stored in the company's warehouse. Company cadres never open small stoves or give gifts from the public. The transfer of volunteers, evaluation of advanced technology and transfer of personnel to learn technology are all recommended by the masses and decided by the party branch. Company cadres don't pull relationships, don't enter through the back door, and don't make decisions by themselves. 3. Strengthening the exemplary role of party member has enhanced the prestige of party member. We take party member's vanguard and exemplary role as an example to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of party organizations. We have mainly grasped two links. 1 is thought guidance. Educate party member cadres to set an example in everything. Through the "three thoughts" and "two comparisons" activities (that is, think about how you wrote on the application for joining the party, how you said it on the oath of joining the party, and how you usually do it; Compared with advanced figures and people around him, Ambassador party member will always remember his exemplary role. 2. It is an organizational constraint. The Party branch insists that the education of party member cadres is stricter than the masses, and the requirements are higher than the masses, and the tasks entrusted to them are heavier than the masses. It regularly evaluates party member cadres and corrects shortcomings or mistakes within the Party within a time limit. The Party branch also carried out ideological rectification with the role of example as the main content from time to time according to the needs, so that party member's exemplary role could be better played and party member's prestige was greatly improved.

(2) Do a solid job in special education and strive to improve the political quality of officers and men in the company. The guiding ideology of our army has undergone strategic changes. Coupled with the influence of the rapid development of market economy on army building, especially the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the great changes in Eastern Europe, many new situations and problems have appeared in the minds of the commanders and fighters. In order to adapt the ideological understanding of cadres and soldiers to the new situation, we have mainly carried out four special education according to the instructions of our superiors on political education and the ideological reality of cadres and soldiers in our company:

1. In view of the situation at home and abroad, we attach great importance to the education of adhering to the Four Cardinal Principles. We regard in-depth education in the Four Cardinal Principles as an important measure to ensure that our army will always be politically qualified. We carefully organized cadres and soldiers to study the important editorials of the People's Daily and the relevant instructions of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Military Commission, so that everyone consciously kept in line with the CPC Central Committee and the Central Military Commission politically and in action. Secondly, we should closely integrate with reality. Third, a lecture on "Love My China" and an essay activity on "Strengthening Socialist Faith" were held, which deepened the understanding of the superiority of the socialist system.

2. Carry out "four haves" education around the central work of the company. 1 is to guide cadres and soldiers to carry out self-education of "self-respect, self-improvement, self-love and self-education" and deepen the education of revolutionary outlook on life. 2. Carry out activities to strive to be qualified soldiers with "four haves", link the requirements of "four haves" with military work and military training, and consolidate and develop educational achievements. Clarified the vague understanding of "four haves" education. Fourth, the company cadres took the lead in stressing ideals, stressing party spirit and being a new person with "four haves", which promoted the development of "four haves" education. Through the "four haves" education, a number of advanced figures have emerged. Wang Xx, who went to Xiamen Special Economic Zone as a soldier, is a self-employed, selling household appliances at home, with a property of more than 6 million yuan, and has just finished his service.

According to the instructions of our superiors, we have carried out legal knowledge education seriously. Organize cadres and soldiers to study the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC)'s Decision on Strengthening Legal Education and Maintaining Stability and Unity, systematically teach legal knowledge classes, organize legal knowledge contests and visit local physical exhibitions of illegal crimes, thus enhancing cadres and soldiers' consciousness of knowing the law and abiding by the law. This year, there was no illegal phenomenon in the company, and everyone passed the legal knowledge examination organized by the higher authorities.

4. Proceed from the reality of the company and do a good job in regular ideological education. Strong and regular ideological education is an important guarantee to maintain the high stability of the army and improve its combat effectiveness. Based on this understanding, we have done work in three aspects: 1 In view of the increasing influence of society and family on military political thought, we have broken the previous framework of "closed camp and self-education", vigorously developed "military, local and military families" and promoted the stability of the army. Long-standing problems such as soldiers' uneasy service, making false telegrams and refusing to accept management have been well solved. 2. It is to establish and improve the ideological backbone team with activists such as party member and group leader as the main body, and often hand in tasks, make demands and pass on methods to them. Ideological backbones actively carry out their work and form a new atmosphere. We have achieved five combinations in political work methods: inculcating revolutionary truth and helping others in time. Combining solving ideological problems with solving practical problems; Military education is combined with social education and family education; Combining universal education with individual education; Combination of democratic discussion and self-education. These methods enhance the effectiveness of regular political education.
