The Ministry of Education has implemented a five-year regular registration system.
In order to improve the quality and level of teachers, the Ministry of Education has implemented a five-year regular registration system. The introduction of this system aims to strictly "import" teachers, at the same time unblock "export" and improve the teacher management system. Through regular registration, strengthen the assessment of in-service teachers, promote teachers' professional development and improve teachers' quality in an all-round way.

Conventional registration system

All in-service teachers in public ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools and kindergartens, as well as teachers in private ordinary primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools and kindergartens that are included in the regular registration scope according to the provisions of the provincial education administrative department, need to be registered once every five years and assessed once a year.

Teacher evaluation

The regular registration system strengthens the assessment of in-service teachers, promotes teachers' professional development and comprehensively improves teachers' quality. Only qualified teachers can continue to teach, otherwise their teacher qualification certificates will be cancelled.

Teacher Qualification Certificate

For teachers and college teachers who are not within the scope of registration, they do not need to participate in regular registration, but their teacher qualification certificates are valid for life.
