Chasing the bright days
The Days of Chasing Light is a youth inspirational life drama, which is directed by the Soviet Union and co-directed by Roy, Xu, He Liao, Yun Lv, Zhao, Qilu, Kong Ran, Ma Xinmo, Johnny and Yang Qing.
The play tells the story of how Hao Nan, an unruly teacher, and a group of students with different personalities define their dreams together and pursue them bravely.

Hao Nan, who left the education industry for three years, returned to her post as a teacher after failing to open a shop. Eighteen-year-old Ren Zhen met the same frustrated Hao Nan on the rooftop because her unreliable father failed the college entrance examination. However, Hao Nan encouraged Ren Zhen with her own personal experience. Coincidentally, Hao Nan, who became the head teacher of Class 0/4 in qingyun middle school Senior Three, got to know the new Ren Zhen.
In the days after preparing for the college entrance examination, Hao Nan and her classmates never understood each other and appreciated each other. With his efforts, this group of teenagers who are full of longing for the future gradually opened their hearts and began to trust this special teacher.
Hao Nan knows every student's dream and the life value he wants to realize. He is like a catcher in the rye, guarding the teenagers with his dreams, letting them actively fight for the future, coping with the college entrance examination in a full state and welcoming their brilliant lives.
Creative preparation
In the early creation of "Days of Chasing Light", screenwriter Zhao went deep into life and did a lot of collection and research work in Beijing, Hebei and Anhui, including parents, teachers and children, and visited for half a year. The seven family archetypes highlighted in the play all come from real life.
The chief producer, producer Wu, director and their team specially chose Huizhou to shoot in order to make their works closer to the state of most families in China, and then designed and paved the way for serving Taoism and the beauty of video.
