The Ministry of Education regularly publishes the list of foreign universities recognized by the state every year.
5. The recognition of foreign degrees is to implement the national policy of "supporting studying abroad, encouraging returning home and coming and going freely", and to meet the needs of overseas students and other overseas and foreign degree winners for further study, employment and application for scientific research funds in China, and to recognize foreign degrees for returned students;
6. By issuing certificates, it shows that students' overseas academic qualifications and learning methods are recognized by the Ministry of Education. Including the way of study, school, time of study, etc., obtaining academic degree certificate is the recognition of the above-mentioned study items.
