Personnel with bachelor degree or below (excluding special posts) will participate in written examination and interview in a unified way. The written test includes public basic knowledge (accounting for 20% of the written test score), professional ability test (accounting for 20% of the written test score) and professional subjects (accounting for 60% of the written test score). The written test and interview scores each account for 50% of the total score. Posts and special posts with postgraduate qualifications do not participate in the unified written test and interview. After the employer's qualification examination is qualified, the competent department (or employer) shall formulate a recruitment plan including written examination and interview, and submit it to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for examination and approval, and the competent department (or employer) shall organize the implementation.
