Decree No.41of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) was revised and passed at the 49th ministerial office meeting of the Ministry of Education on 20 16. The revised Regulations on the Management of Students in Colleges and Universities are hereby promulgated, with effect from 20 17 9.
