Grass-roots standardization is the foundation of community correction work

The judicial office undertakes the daily work of community correction. As one of the functional departments of the government, judicial administrative organs are short of manpower, material resources, financial resources and strength, and must rely on the strong leadership and strong support of the party Committee and government to do a good job in community correction. Therefore, it is imperative to set up a community correction work leading group headed by the main leaders of the government, with the main leaders of procuratorial, court, public security, human society, justice, civil affairs, finance, town (street) and other related units as members. The government is responsible for organizing, coordinating and guiding the community correction work, and the judicial administrative organ shall set up a community correction law enforcement team to be responsible for the specific implementation.

(D) Provide good logistical support for community correction. The task of community correction is heavy, there is much work, and things are complicated, which requires a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources. Therefore, a perfect logistics guarantee mechanism should be established, and all relevant functional departments should cooperate with each other to solve the personnel problem, the financial department should solve the funding problem, and the civil affairs, health and education departments should provide professional services.

System standardization is the soul of community correction work

(A) the establishment of community correction investigation and evaluation system. Do a good job in source control to prevent unqualified personnel from receiving community correction. When the judicial administrative organ gives a warning, suggests revocation of probation or parole, suggests imprisonment for execution, and suggests public security punishment, it shall promptly inform the court, procuratorate, public security and other departments.

(4) Establish a vacation system for community corrections personnel. (six) the establishment of community correction work file management system. After receiving the community correction personnel, the judicial administrative organ shall organize an announcement within 3 days, and establish a community correction work file from the date of the announcement, one for each person. Files are divided into primary volumes and secondary volumes. The main volume is an executive document, which contains various legal documents. The supplementary volume is the working file, which contains the written records of daily supervision. Use a special filing cabinet, managed by a special person, and record the materials in the archives in a timely, accurate, detailed and standardized manner.

In order to protect community correction workers, we should establish a system of accountability for community correction work, refine responsibilities, list possible cases of dereliction of duty, strengthen work inspectors at ordinary times, take the initiative to accept the supervision of procuratorial organs, sound alarm bells, and prevent the tragedy of community correction workers from being corrected.
