Shandong Education TV Station is the only provincial education TV station in China. The program covers the whole country of China and more than a dozen neighboring countries and regions, and has fully entered the cable TV network, digital TV platform and IPTV platform in large and medium-sized cities across the country, with a total population of 450 million.

1995, Shandong Education TV Station (call sign at that time: CETV-SD China Education TV Station Shandong Station) started broadcasting. In 2002, I started my own TV program "Famous Forum".

The channel frame ratio of 20 18 years was changed to 16:9 format. On 20 19, SDETV started the call sign of "Shandong Education Satellite TV" and changed the logo and channel identification. In 2020, Shandong Education Weekly, sponsored by Shandong Education TV Station and Shandong Radio and Television Station, was launched on Shandong News Channel.

As a professional mainstream media, Shandong Education TV Station has adhered to the policy of establishing Taiwan through education and running Taiwan with characteristics for many years, vigorously publicized the education policies and regulations of the party and the state, spread modern education ideas from a unique perspective, and sang the main theme of education reform in Shandong Province, which has played a great role in promoting the implementation of the strategy of strengthening Shandong into a strong cultural province.

Shandong Education TV Station adheres to education and public welfare, bases itself on Shandong, faces the whole country, gives full play to the advantages of education system, focuses on promoting socialist core values, actively explores excellent traditional culture education, moral and legal education, science and technology education, literature and art education, health education for the elderly and other fields, serves the "one old and one young" families, and actively builds a public service platform for modern education and culture.
