This is the result of a questionnaire survey among 20 teachers and their students in five schools/KLOC-0. I was shocked to see that 90% of students "can't feel" the love from 90% of teachers. Where did the teacher's love go? Why can't a student feel the teacher's love? How can students feel the teacher's love?
First of all, only love in action is true love. Teachers should not only have the feelings of loving students, but also have the actions of love, pay attention to the art of love, and let students feel the love of teachers. 90% of students can't feel the love given by teachers, because 90% of teachers only have thoughts and feelings about students' love, but they don't fully express this feeling to students. This is the inevitable result of lacking love action and not paying attention to the artistic value of love. This shows that it is not enough to just love students. Only the emotion of love, but also the behavior and art of love are needed to make love effective and play its due value. Otherwise, love is a stagnant pool, always in an inactive state, unable to play its due role in students' study and life and teachers' education and teaching work. If you love students, you must put them into action. Teachers can't keep love in their hearts, and they can't always talk about it, boring students. Instead, it is necessary to integrate the love for students into every detail of education and teaching, so that the love of teachers can become a concrete and sensible act of love and art in the eyes of students. Only when the teacher's love becomes an unforgettable detail in students' life can students feel that the love from the teacher is real.
Secondly, understanding and communication are the only ways to convey love. Understanding is the foundation, communication is the process, and education is the purpose. In order to make students feel that the love from teachers is true and sincere, teachers must understand students, enter their emotional world and become their unsuspecting friends. Only after the teacher understands the students' intellectual development, talent, thinking, interests, hobbies, talents, temperament, tendencies, etc. Whether the action of love can teach students in accordance with their aptitude, prescribe the right medicine and get rid of the disease. Otherwise, no matter how caring the teacher is, it will be useless to do bad things with kindness or scratch his boots. Students often regard the kindness of teachers as the liver and lungs of donkeys. Therefore, teachers should not only understand students, but also understand their family background and living environment. On the basis of comprehensive understanding, communicate with students in a targeted, orderly and strategic way, constantly implement the action plan of love, approach students in the process of love, enter their hearts, and finally win their hearts. When students are willing to tell their teachers about their sufferings and joys, sadness and happiness, feelings and worries, as well as their thoughts and actions, teachers' love for students can bear fruitful results. Only in the process of equal and sincere communication between teachers and students can students feel the love of teachers, accept the love of teachers, cherish the love of teachers, and treat people and things around them with loving feelings and behaviors.

Just as some teachers always love students with good academic performance, hate students with poor academic performance, and always measure their students with good academic performance, it is also extremely wrong and absurd. All ten fingers have a length when displayed. Why does the teacher force the students to stand in a row? Therefore, another meaning of condescension is to let teachers put themselves in the students' perspective, especially the students with learning difficulties and underachievers to think and solve problems. Whether it is love, it should be equal, and the love that teachers give to students should also be equal. But in real teaching, the love that teachers give students is often unequal. The teacher's love is high above, and students' desire and fear for the teacher's love coexist. Students want their teachers to love them, but they are afraid that their teachers' love will overwhelm them. A teacher gave his students so much homework that he punished them. Some students wrote a note saying that the teacher was a "greedy ghost" and even began to curse the teacher. It can be seen that once a teacher loves his students too much, it is not love. To love students, we should bend down, grasp the endurance of students and give love according to our abilities.
Loving students is the minimum, but many teachers love them, and students can't feel or enjoy them, let alone learn to love them. This requires teachers to take action at ordinary times, pass love to students artistically in the process of leaning down to understand and communicate, so that students can feel and enjoy love, and gradually learn to love in the process of enjoying love.
