National unified examination model

Adopt the national unified examination model. That is, unified outline, unified proposition, unified scoring standard and unified certification.

Two-level management

Take two levels of management. Among them, the examination center of the Ministry of Education is responsible for the national management, including drafting the examination outline, organizing the proposition, reviewing the examination management results, and printing and distributing the national unified qualification certificate supervised by the Ministry of Education. Provincial and municipal examination institutions are responsible for setting up test sites and organizing and managing local examinations.

Exam object

Exam object: primary and secondary school teachers all over the country.

Three themes

It is divided into three categories: teaching staff, management personnel and technical personnel. Among them, teaching staff are divided into three levels: junior, middle and senior, and management and technical personnel are divided into two levels: junior and senior.

examination syllabus

Examination syllabus: drafted by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education and examined and approved by the Department of Normal Education of the Ministry of Education.

Elementary paperless examination

Examination method: paperless examination is adopted at the primary level, and the examination questions are presented and answered by the candidates on the computer. Other levels are being demonstrated.
