The daily work of kindergartens is complex and concrete, and kindergarten classes are the basic units to carry out teaching support activities in kindergartens. Orderly class management is not only convenient for teachers to organize teaching, but also beneficial for children to develop good habits of life and health and study. As a kindergarten teacher, it has always been our wish to create a warm, harmonious, happy and healthy class group. We should use our love, patience and care to manage children's classes reasonably and scientifically, so that children can develop healthily and comprehensively. Understand the characteristics of children's physical and mental development and make plans in advance. Children of different ages have different physiological and psychological development characteristics. Only when teachers fully understand their characteristics can they better educate and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Preschool teachers should work out a class management plan according to the Guiding Outline of Kindergarten Education and the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6, aiming at the different characteristics of children of different ages, and do a good job in kindergarten class management.
