Mingshan Li, male, born in February, 1967, bachelor, master, party member, researcher. He is currently the secretary and vice president of the Party branch of the College of Arts and Sciences.

During my work in Suqian College, I served as the director, vice president and deputy director of the office of the continuing education college.
