The laying of temporary power cables on the bridge construction site of Qiliang Road is not standardized, and the dust generated by earthwork construction is large, so there is no sprinkling water to reduce dust. The temporary service road is not maintained in time, and the rut is deep, which affects the passage of construction vehicles and has potential safety hazards.
Warning signs were not set in the construction of rain and sewage open caisson in Dangui Road, and the warning signs in grade crossing were damaged by vehicles and were not replaced in time. There is no special person to direct the operation of subgrade earthwork machinery, the construction is random and the management is not in place. Bridge column construction personnel do not wear safety helmet or safety belt when working at high altitude.
In the process of bridge column construction, the freight yard road has similar problems with Dangui Road. In addition, the old road isolation measures are simple, especially the temporary road setting is unreasonable, the road is narrow, bumpy, and the height difference is large, which has potential safety hazards. On May 6, 5438+5, the key office and the safety section conducted a special inspection on all bridges of three BT projects. At present, there is no deep foundation pit and supporting construction, and the inspection is in good condition.
The construction unit seriously rectified the problems found above and replied on the electronic account. We hope that the problems found will not be repeated in the future construction process. The same problem can be found again in the inspection after rectification. Penalties should be increased in future inspections, so that the construction unit can truly standardize the work of safety in production.
4. On the afternoon of 28th of this month, the project department of freight yard road, transportation bureau and key office reviewed the installation scheme of box girder of railway bridge across freight yard road, and certified it from the aspects of preliminary preparation, construction technical scheme, personnel organization, mechanical equipment, hazard control and construction safety protection. At present, it has been tried for 9 times and achieved success.
Summary of Safety Work in May In May, our unit focused on the requirements and deployment of the first stage of mine electromechanical safety special treatment action, and carried out work around the two centers of quality standardization construction of electromechanical equipment and quality standardization inspection of superior electromechanical specialty. Because the outer belt of 1 1302 working face managed by our company is located in the return air lane, high temperature and high humidity have brought us a great amount of moisture removal work. Due to the tight time and heavy task, we promptly dispatched electromechanical maintenance personnel to simulate roadway construction. From the illuminating lamp, the emergency stop switch to the belt drive motor, the combination switch is thoroughly inspected, the dehumidifier is released, and the explosion-proof surface is coated with vaseline for rust prevention. The frequency of temperature measurement and inspection of cables, junction boxes and cold patch joints of lighting lamps along the line is increased, which ensures the zero failure operation of the equipment and makes full preparations for the safe operation of the equipment.
While doing a good job in the maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment, we should actively implement the talent training strategy of bringing the old with the new, and arrange job rotation for maintenance class personnel, so that they can brainstorm, learn and exercise in different positions, and realize multi-skills. This month, the shield machine entered the left line for assembly. Therefore, the underground steel ladder needs to be replaced and reinstalled. Moreover, some protective railings need to be removed temporarily but cannot be restored immediately, so we will monitor the whole process when the steel ladder is reinstalled in the well, and use small guardrails and colored flags to warn the railings that cannot be restored immediately to ensure construction safety.

Because of the small space, 5T gantry crane needs to extend the track and remove the car stopper.
