I. Basic concepts

Classroom teaching reform should be devoted to improving the professional quality and teaching ability of teachers in various disciplines and improving classroom efficiency in an all-round way; Mobilize all students' participation, enthusiasm and initiative, cultivate students' ability, improve students' quality, explore a set of scientific, reasonable and effective teaching methods suitable for schools and disciplines, ensure classroom teaching efficiency and comprehensively improve classroom teaching quality. At the same time, cultivate students' independence and autonomy, promote students' active learning under the guidance of teachers, and let every student get full development. Strive to meet the basic requirements of classroom operation;

"Five masters" is an ideal concept of classroom teaching reform with students as the main body, teachers as the leading factor, practice as the main line, inquiry as the main wing and development as the theme, which promotes students' active, healthy and all-round development.

The "five links" are "guidance, prediction, exploration, practice and inspection".

Guidance: create situations and introduce new lessons. A good course design means half the battle. Because of different subjects and classes, we use various methods to create situations, such as reviewing old knowledge, turning to analogy, riddles, children's songs and telling stories, to mobilize and stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning.

Preview: Preview the feedback and find out the problem. Preview can be divided into pre-class preview and in-class preview because of different teaching contents, but in either case, teachers should give preview guidance and let students preview with questions. The teacher checks the preview in class to find out which students have problems and which students don't. Be sure to know fairly well and prepare for the intensive course.

Exploration: Try to explore, enlighten and sublimate. In order to find out the difficult questions, we use group cooperation and inquiry to answer them, and the teachers give timely guidance. We can show good practices and puzzles to the whole class orally and on the blackboard for collective study and exploration.

Practice: Practice demonstration and consolidate new knowledge. In teaching, we should carefully design exercises, use various situations and methods such as gradient, density and difficulty to practice, and expand students' thinking to develop in depth, so as to achieve "priority for gifted students and promotion for underachievers", with large capacity, fast pace and high efficiency. Combined with the teaching content, we can choose basic design exercises, comparative exercises, variant exercises, comprehensive exercises, practical exercises and other forms, and show them in groups or some blackboard books to further consolidate new knowledge.

Testing: class assignments, standard tests. Return the homework right to students, reduce the burden on teachers and students, and require that the homework time of each grade should not exceed 10 minutes. Teachers' corrections are generally carried out in the first and second grade classes and completed in the third, fourth and fifth grade classes.

Fourth, the operation process

Collective lesson preparation:

Every Wednesday (Chinese), Thursday (Mathematics) and Friday (English) after two classes in the afternoon, each member of the lesson preparation group takes his first week to prepare lessons for the group class organized by the school, and the teachers of the students at the same level talk about their understanding, viewpoints, design ideas and methods according to their own experience in preparing lessons. In particular, how to break through the key and difficult points, what kind of problems students will have, and to what extent, teachers should make a full and comprehensive estimate. Members of the preparation group evaluate each other's successes and shortcomings and put forward improvement methods and measures. Presuppose all kinds of problems that may be encountered in the teaching process, and actively explore new teaching methods and teaching reform ideas. At the same time, determine the lecturer.

(two) before the next collective lesson preparation, lectures, evaluation. The members of the preparation group are taught by one person in the open class (the members of the same preparation group take turns to teach), and others attend classes. In the whole class, it depends on how the teacher breaks through the difficulties, on the students' ability to respond in class and their mastery of the teaching content, and on whether the content of collective lesson preparation is reflected in class. After class, the teacher first talks about the gains and losses of the class and puts forward ideas for improvement. Then the group members evaluate the class, express their real thoughts on all aspects of the class, affirm their achievements, point out their shortcomings, make suggestions and think about the problems they should pay attention to in the teaching process. The first purpose is to avoid problems that should be paid attention to in collective lesson preparation, put key and difficult breakthrough methods into place, and pay attention to students. The second is to reflect on my own teaching from the lecture: what successes I have in class and want to share with others; What are the failures and how can I improve them? In this kind of "discussion-class-reflection evaluation", it provides teachers with a good opportunity to observe and learn, and achieves the goal of learning from each other and making progress together.

(3) Guidance and supervision. During each collective lesson preparation time, the staff of the Academic Affairs Office went to each lesson preparation group for guidance, listened to the teachers' opinions and suggestions, and actively participated in demonstration classes and class evaluation reflection activities to study with everyone. The activities of each lesson preparation group are displayed once a month, and the teachers of the whole school score (full mark 10), and the average of the four records is included in the teacher's evaluation according to 20%. In case of large-scale teaching and research activities, extra points will be given to the preparation group as appropriate. The assessment of "performance" has also changed: compared with sister schools, the total performance of the school accounts for 60% of the teacher's personal performance assessment, and the personal performance accounts for 40%, which is merged into the teacher's personal performance assessment. Mobilize the enthusiasm of the members of the preparatory group.

All teachers give full play to the spirit of teaching ownership, cooperate and discuss, concentrate group wisdom, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, fully tap the strengths of each teacher, and constantly improve the overall education and teaching level.
