Founded in 2009, New Network Teachers' full name is "New Education Network Teacher Learning Center" (formerly known as "New Education Experimental Network Teachers College"), which is a teacher training institution under the New Education Experiment.

Adhering to the new educational experiment concept initiated by Professor Zhu Yongxin, Deputy Secretary-General of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and doctoral supervisor of Soochow University, with the vision of "leading a happy and complete educational life", "New Network Teacher" follows the growth theory of new education teachers, practices the mission of promoting teachers' growth, and aims at cultivating high-quality, professional and innovative teachers. This is an online professional learning community for all educators in China.

In 2022, the new teacher application project was successfully selected into the "National Training Plan" of the Ministry of Education, which will train 100 primary school Chinese backbone teachers for Jiangsu Province. This is not only a full affirmation of the 22-year practical exploration of the new education experiment, but also a major breakthrough in the professional training of teachers by the "New Network Teacher", which is of great milestone significance.

"New Master" brings together experts to develop excellent courses. In 2022, the "new network owner" was fully upgraded. Recruit academic leaders with special-grade teachers for the whole country, set up 16 academic team and 13 research center, and decide to spend ten years researching and developing first-class courses.
