In 2004, China's Ministry of Education promulgated "Standards of Educational Technology Competence of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial)", which is the first standard of teachers' competence promulgated in China and the basic basis for guiding the educational technology training and assessment of primary and secondary school teachers, primary and secondary school managers and primary and secondary school technical support personnel.
"Standards" is the basic basis for guiding the educational technology training and assessment of primary and secondary school teachers, primary and secondary school administrators and primary and secondary school technical support personnel. According to the Standards, the Ministry of Education will study and establish a system of training, examination and certification of educational technology for primary and secondary school teachers, so as to promote the healthy development of educational technology training and assessment for primary and secondary school teachers.
Conduct class guidance:
Class management requirements: basically master the methods of student development guidance and comprehensive quality evaluation. Can use technical means to collect key information of students' growth process and establish electronic files of students' growth. Can initially use information technology to assist class guidance activities.
Home-school communication requirements: master the basic methods of interpersonal communication, be able to use information technology to broaden the communication channels and methods between teachers and students, home and school, and actively and effectively communicate with students, parents and communities. Pay attention to professional growth, study and research requirements: master the information technology means and methods needed for professional development, and be able to study independently in the information technology environment.
