Spoken and written language
Chinese, including spoken and written language, is an important tool for us to exchange ideas and express opinions with others. Although it is often integrated in English instructions and Chinese reports, the word "language" is interpreted literally, in which "language" represents the speech of individuals and others, and "text" refers to written and written expression.
Core subjects in basic education
Chinese is the core subject in basic education, bearing the mission of inheriting language and culture. Whether in oral expression or written writing, Chinese is the basis for us to understand other disciplines and sciences. It is not only a tool discipline, but also a concentrated expression of humanistic spirit.
Historical review
Chinese experienced the "Chinese language" in the late Qing Dynasty, and then went to the "Chinese language course" and "Chinese language course" after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and was finally named "Chinese". This is not only the change of name, but also the attention and deepening of language and culture education. In primary and secondary schools and even more widely, "Chinese" has become an essential subject.
The core task of Chinese teaching
The Editorial Bureau of the General Administration of Publishing clearly pointed out that the core teaching task of Chinese is "listening, speaking, reading and writing" when compiling the national unified textbooks for primary and secondary schools in 1950, and emphasized the close relationship between language and writing. This decision not only reflects the progress of educational ideas under the changing times, but also highlights the important position of Chinese subject.
