Huarui Experimental Primary School was established on 20 12. It is a full-time private school for children of new citizens, invested and constructed by Qianqiao Sub-district Office of Huishan District, Wuxi City, and undertaken by Huarui Education Group.

Wuxi is one of the birthplaces of Jiangnan civilization. The recorded history can be traced back to the last years of Shang Dynasty. At the end of the 20th century, the eldest son of Qigong's father, Taibo, gave way to his third brother, Li, and moved to Jiangnan with his second brother, Zhong Yong, and settled in Meili. Today, Wuxi Meicun built a city and founded the country. Now there is Artest Museum in Wuxi.
