1, general refund
Students who need to refund their fees for personal reasons before the start of the course or during the course must provide their payment receipt, their bank card number (debit card) and the address of the bank where they open the account (if they provide their parents', spouses', brothers and sisters' bank cards, relevant certificates are required) to the branch office and apply for a refund. After receiving all the above information, the branch company began to refund the fee.
2. Refund by agreement
When submitting a refund application, students must send their payment receipt, a copy of the admission ticket, the original agreement, their bank card number (debit card) and the address of the opening bank (if parents, spouses, siblings' bank cards are provided, relevant certificates are required), and the proof that they have not entered the interview (employment) list or relevant screenshots to the location of the registered branch.
After receiving all the above information, the branch company began to refund the fee. If the admission ticket is lost, and the relevant work certificate and the certificate of not entering the interview (employment) list or relevant screenshots cannot be provided, the branch has the right not to refund the fee to Party B. ..
Special case refund instructions:
Students pay by online payment or POS card, and the date of payment and refund shall not exceed 30 days.
According to the national financial law, the branch must return the fees to the original card used by the students through the third-party payment platform, and the specific time for receipt is 15-45 working days.
