Attending the meeting were teachers' training unit, audio-visual education center, teachers' further education school and development center, project office and other relevant members, comrades of the promotion group, and teachers' training commissioners and audio-visual education commissioners of township central schools. There are1more than 50 vice presidents, teaching directors and information technology directors in 38 primary and secondary school project schools and 3 kindergarten project parks in the county. The meeting was presided over by Duan, Director of Teacher Training Division of Education and Sports Bureau. There are four items on the agenda. The first item is that Wang Hongxing, director of the Audio-visual Education Office, explained in detail the spirit of the document "Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project 2.0" and the concept of 2.0. What changes have been made on the basis of 1.0? It also introduces how to use the learning platform of East China Normal University for operational learning. The convening of this promotion meeting means that the implementation of the promotion project 2.0 scheme has begun to be officially launched in our county; This is in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Henan Primary and Secondary School Teachers' IT Application Ability Improvement Project 2.0 (Teacher [2019] No.869). From this year to 2022, it is planned to adopt the mixed workshop training mode promoted by the whole school. Primary and secondary school teachers (kindergartens, ordinary primary and secondary schools) in the county are trained for at least 50 hours in three batches every year (20 hours for online training and 30 hours for school-based practical application), so as to improve their information technology application ability by 2.0, basically improve our county principals' information leadership, teachers' information teaching ability and training team's information guidance ability, and comprehensively promote the innovative development of information technology and education and teaching.
In order to do a good job in the implementation of the National Training Project 2.0 to improve the application ability of information technology in primary and secondary schools this year, and to promote teachers and schools to actively adapt to new technological changes such as informationization and artificial intelligence, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Education on Organizing and Implementing the National Training Plan (2020)-Kindergarten Teacher Training Project for Primary and Secondary Schools in Henan Province (Teacher [2020] No.323), combined with the actual situation of our county, under the guidance of experts from East China Normal University and Southwest University, The Implementation Plan of Our County-National Training Plan (2020)-Implementation Plan for Improving the Application Ability of Information Technology of Kindergarten Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in Yichuan County 2.0 is specially formulated, and the specified time in the plan is from September 19 to June 1 day, 2020.
This year, there are 38 project implementation schools in our county, including primary school 2 1 and junior high school 2 17. The Provincial Department of Education has allocated 19 16 teachers to our county to guide the training. There are 3 kindergartens in the project, and the Provincial Department of Education allocated pre-school teachers 190 to our county, and the training was guided by Southwest University.
The overall goal of this year's project implementation in our county is to basically build a new mechanism for the development of teachers' information literacy, which is school-based, classroom-based, application-driven, innovation-oriented and precision-oriented. Explore the new path of "one school, one case, school-based, post, learning while using" to improve teachers' information technology application ability with micro-ability course learning as the carrier; Establish a new mode of improving teachers' information technology application ability, which is "backbone leading, discipline linkage, teacher learning and selection, ability improvement and comprehensive improvement", and basically realize the overall development goal of "three improvements and one comprehensive improvement".
There is a clear division of tasks among teachers, schools and counties. According to the design arrangement of East China Normal University and Southwest University, the implementation of information technology capability enhancement function 2.0 in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in our county this year is divided into five stages: first, clear vision and make plans; Second, clear the path and focus on breakthroughs; The third is to improve the overall effect and innovate practice; Fourth, ability evaluation, application assessment; Fifth, condense the results and experience radiation.
According to the training arrangement, the key points of the implementation of our county's capacity improvement function 2.0 this year are: 1. Do a good job in planning and improve the system; Second, according to the mode, the final choice; Third, promote the whole school and do a good job in training; Fourth, attach importance to the process and make a good evaluation; Five, the formation of local training resources, leading the development of information teaching in our county.
In order to do this work well, three specific measures have been defined: first, establish an organizational structure and clarify responsibilities; The second is to introduce mechanisms to promote the implementation of the work; Implement the "five-person-trip" assistance mechanism, the synchronous promotion mechanism of project implementation, the regular supervision and notification mechanism and the project assessment and incentive mechanism; Third, do a good job in protection and service training.
Especially in this year's project implementation incentive mechanism, in order to better implement this work, the Party Committee of the Bureau of Education and Sports has given an unprecedented large-scale incentive policy: First, for teachers who have completed the training tasks as required, in addition to including the required 50 credits for continuing education, those who have achieved the training score of 100 will also be awarded the title of "excellent student", and it is suggested that all project schools (kindergartens) first evaluate their professional titles in the evaluation table. The average full marks of the school teachers' research results can be directly recognized as the information technology upgrading project 2.0 demonstration school (kindergarten), and the principal can be rated as the outstanding principal (director) of the county-wide upgrading project, and was solemnly commended at the county-wide education work conference; Second, the excellent lessons submitted by the project school to the training platform of East China Normal University and Southwest University will no longer participate in the county-level selection, and will be directly recognized as the first prize of the 20021year county-level excellent course of information technology and discipline integration, and recommended to the Municipal Education Bureau and the Provincial Education Department to participate in the selection of excellent lessons of information technology and discipline integration at the municipal and provincial levels; Third, in addition to the indicators allocated by the Education and Sports Bureau, 70 teaching pacesetters and 40 teacher's day model indicators will be specially set up to reward teachers who do a good job in research and development in the project schools; Fourth, for schools (kindergartens) that have implemented the project well, the Education and Sports Bureau will give funds and equipment and facilities to the school information hardware construction.

It is pointed out in the plan that in order to guarantee and serve the training, all project schools (kindergartens) should make full use of information technology fees (80 yuan for junior high school students and 60 yuan for primary school students each year, which is decided by kindergartens themselves), and provide multimedia teaching equipment, network environment, full coverage of WiFi, computer classrooms and recording classrooms for schools (kindergartens) before 165438+ 10. Ensure that the engineering hardware environment can improve the ability to meet the standards, carry out research activities for the teaching and research group and participating teachers, and equip them with necessary office computers, micro-course production and video recording equipment. Organize teachers to participate in training, be familiar with the use of various teaching management resource platforms, and provide the necessary resource environment for online training.
