4.6 Teachers, our teachers
Sunway Kids Kindergarten has professional foreign teachers and systematically trained teachers from China, providing children with a good bilingual environment and an international atmosphere. The multicultural background of teachers and students and the international teaching and living environment enable students to gain the experience and ability of cross-cultural communication as soon as possible.
50% of kindergarten teachers are undergraduates and master students, and 30% are senior or above teachers majoring in preschool education. All teachers must go through the qualification training of Shanghai headquarters before they can take up their posts.
Every trained and qualified teacher will receive a kindergarten teacher certificate issued by the headquarters. This certificate is signed by CEO of Hengshang Group and director of Sunway Children's Australia Park.
Teachers must take the GPST-PT international kindergarten teacher qualification examination after three years of employment, and consolidate and master the international advanced educational theory and teaching methods. Teachers who pass the exam will go to Australian parks for further study.
