Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of China Youshi University in 2020.
Article 2 The principle of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency" shall be implemented in the enrollment work of Shengli College of Youshi University in China.
Article 3 The enrollment work of Shengli College of China Youshi University shall be supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates and all sectors of society.

Article 10 school profile: Shengli College of Youshi University in China is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. It is a standardized independent college jointly established by China Youshi University (East China), a university directly under the Ministry of Education, and Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau, a national super-large enterprise, on the basis of effectively utilizing the excellent teaching resources of Dongying Campus of Youshi University in China, according to the new mechanism and new mode. Chapter III Organizational Structure

(A) general (liberal arts) professional admission rules
1. Candidates are admitted according to the principle of "voluntary priority and clear specialty". When the candidates' grades can't meet their professional wishes, if the candidates obey the professional adjustment, the school will adjust the candidates to the majors whose enrollment plan has not been completed until the plan is filled; If the candidate does not obey the professional adjustment, he will be retired.

(2) Admission Rules for the Spring College Entrance Examination
According to the professional category, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their scores. Those with the same score will be given priority to those with high professional skills. If the professional skills test is the same again, the ranking will be determined according to the scores of professional knowledge, Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, and the one with the highest score will rank first.
(3) Admission rules for art majors
Candidates majoring in music in Shandong Province must take the "2020 Joint Examination for Music Majors in Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (Jinan University Platform)" and pass the examination results. Our school selects qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our school from the qualified candidates in the joint entrance examination. Candidates whose cultural achievements have reached the investment line of the Provincial Admissions Examination Institute will be admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements. Those with the same professional achievements will be selected according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination (including policy points).
Music candidates in Hebei Province use the results of the unified examination of musicology in Hebei Province in 2020. After the candidates enter the file, the admission method shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education and the admissions department.
Eighteenth schools implement the policy of parallel admission to the education administrative departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where students are born and the admission examination institutions. If there is no clear stipulation in the province of origin (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government), the majors of literature and history in our school refer to the scores of Chinese, literature comprehensive and English in turn, and the majors of science and engineering refer to the scores of mathematics, science comprehensive and English in turn for admission and withdrawal.
Article 19 Foreign language requirements: English is the only foreign language for English major candidates, and other professional languages are not limited.
Article 20 Requirements for candidates' health: Implement the document "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities".
Article 21 Ratio of male to female students: There is no limit to the ratio of male to female students in all majors of the school.
Twenty-second majors (groups) enrolled in Shandong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin and other provinces (cities), candidates must meet the requirements of the announced enrollment majors (groups). Admission rules shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the province of origin.
Twenty-third new students, the school in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education for admission qualification examination. Chapter V Fees and Refund Standards

1. According to the regulations of the price department of Shandong Province, it is charged according to the education cost. The school implements a flexible academic system and charges by credit, including professional registration tuition and credit tuition. Professional registration fees are charged at the beginning of each year according to the publicity standard. Credit tuition fees are paid first before course selection, and settled according to the credits actually taken by students each semester. Refunds are more and supplements are less. It takes credits to complete the training plan normally. The average annual tuition fee for non-art majors is10.2 million yuan, and the average annual tuition fee for art majors is10.3 million yuan.
2. Accommodation fee: It shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant standards of the Administrative Measures for Accommodation Fees of Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province (Lufa Reform Price [2019] No.804). After students report for duty, they will be charged according to the actual accommodation. Accommodation fee is 600- 1300 yuan per person per academic year.

Chapter VI Scholarships and Financial Aid
Article 27 The school has established a multi-directional three-dimensional award and assistance system with "award, loan, diligence, assistance and compensation" as the main body, supplemented by various ways of aiding students. The school has national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, Shandong provincial government scholarships, provincial government inspirational scholarships, outstanding study abroad scholarships of Shengli College and various social and well-known enterprise scholarships, so that more students with excellent academic performance can be rewarded; While encouraging students from poor families to apply for credit loans from students' places of origin, the school subsidizes students through various measures such as state grants, on-campus work-study grants, poor grants, green channels, counselors' home visits, various social enterprise grants, and school-enterprise co-construction, so that every student from poor families can receive financial assistance.
Article 28 Schools take various measures to help students complete their studies. Set up work-study positions in the school to encourage students with financial difficulties to get paid through labor. For students with financial difficulties in their families, if the income they can get during their school years is not enough to pay the basic expenses (including tuition and accommodation) needed to complete their studies, they can apply for student-origin credit loan according to the relevant national policies and regulations, with a maximum loan of 8,000 yuan per academic year.
Chapter VII Others
Article 29 The school reserves the right to investigate any institution or individual that conducts illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of Shengli College of China Youshi University.
Article 30 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail. Matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the superior.
Article 31 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Shengli College of China Youshi University.
