Who put forward the optimization of teaching process?
The optimization of teaching process was put forward by babanski.

Babanski, Soviet educator. Graduated from Rostov-on-Don Teachers College. 197 1 was elected as a member of the School of Communication of the Soviet Institute of Education, and 1974 was elected as a full member. 1979, vice president of the Soviet academy of educational sciences.

Modern cybernetics and system theory are applied to the study of teaching theory, and the optimization theory of teaching process is put forward. His main works are "Teaching Process Optimization (General Teaching Theory Viewpoint)" and "Teaching and Education Process Optimization (Method Principle)".

The so-called "teaching process optimization" refers to organizing the control of the teaching process on the basis of comprehensive consideration of teaching laws, principles, modern teaching forms and methods, as well as the characteristics of the system and its internal and external conditions, so that the process (within the scope of optimization) can play the most effective role under a certain standard.

The optimization of the teaching process can also be understood as: teachers purposefully choose the best scheme to establish the teaching process, so as to ensure that the task of educating people can be solved within the specified time and the maximum effect can be achieved.

"Optimization" includes five factors:

1. Observe the teaching rules. Teaching is carried out in accordance with the principles, methods, forms and teaching means shown in the teaching laws.

2. consider the conditions. It includes both the external conditions of teaching and the actual situation of teachers and students.

3. Choose the scheme. Compare various feasible schemes and choose the best one according to the actual situation.

4. Regulatory activities. Control and adjust the process of teaching activities of teachers and students at any time.

5. Get the results. Get the greatest possible effect within the specified time.

From the early 1970s to the mid-1980s, babanski, based on Rostov ordinary school, created a large area of experience to overcome the phenomenon of repetition, and even provided experimental materials for the establishment of teaching process optimization theory.

On this basis, babanski published the book "Teaching Process Optimization: Methods to Prevent Students from Poor Academic Performance" in 1972, and put forward the educational principles of teaching process optimization. Since then, he has published "Optimization of Teaching Process: General Teaching Theory" and published a series of papers in magazines such as National Education and Soviet Pedagogy, expounding his thoughts on optimizing teaching.

It has aroused strong repercussions in the Soviet Union and other countries in the world. He published more than 300 books in his life. After babanski's death, the Soviet Academy of Educational Sciences edited and published Selected Works of babanski's Education to commemorate this educator who made outstanding contributions to educational theory.
