Since 2008, our school has carried out the key funded project of Jiangsu Province, "Practical research on effective integration of classroom teaching and community activities under the concept of diversified development", in which the study of classroom teaching and community activities is an important achievement of this project. First, realize the effective integration of classroom teaching and community activities.

1. Realize the expansive integration of in-class subject knowledge and extracurricular practical activities.

Some knowledge taught in class is difficult for students to understand, but students can observe, think and get in touch with nature in person after class, broaden their horizons, enrich their knowledge, deepen their understanding of the relationship between book knowledge and practice, and form a relatively complete knowledge system. For example, when Mr. Jiang tutored Book Tickets, the seventh volume of art published by Jiangsu Education Press, he asked: let students know and master the relevant knowledge of book tickets, and try to make book tickets in the form of blow-molded paper prints; The teaching requirement of "Old House-Woodcut Book Tickets" by Mr. Chen Feng's printmaking club: On the basis of mastering the relevant knowledge of book tickets, create woodcut book tickets with Lao Changzhou as the material, which fully reflects the extension, expansion and progress between the popularization and understanding of knowledge and the learning and improvement of skills.

2. Realize the complementary integration of subject teaching and community activities.

The content of community activities has the characteristics of including the first classroom teaching content, being higher than the textbook and not violating the syllabus; Verifying the basic theories involved in classroom teaching materials and the characteristics of new knowledge discovered from them through practical activities; It has the personalized characteristics of simultaneous development of thinking psychology and practical operation cognition. Therefore, we can fully sort out the contents of subject teaching and community activities in order to integrate them, thus improving the effectiveness of subject teaching and community activities. For example, after the tenth volume of Chinese exercises "Teach My Hometown" published by Jiangsu Education Publishing House, a comprehensive Chinese practice activity was carried out. Students are divided into groups of dried turnips, combs, beach spring plays, snacks and kites. With cameras and pens in their hands, they go deep into people, shops and shops with a gentle but strong love.

Second, realize the effective integration of classroom teaching and community activities.

The goals of classroom teaching and community activities are the same: as two parts of the school curriculum system, both the community activities curriculum and classroom teaching take the realization of the school's training goals as their fundamental tasks, but their roles and emphases are different. The real-time and practicality of the content selection of community activities determines that it can make up for the shortcomings of subject courses and classroom teaching, and also determines the value of the organic integration of community activities and classroom teaching in terms of objectives and functions. For example, the club activities with the theme of "recess games and safety" after Mr. Zhao Yabo taught the second-grade Chinese of Jiangsu Education Edition, and the "provincial sports interview" after Mr. Zhao Jun taught oral communication, all reflected the consistency, complementarity and expansibility of classroom teaching and club activities.

1. Introduce the advantages of classroom teaching and improve the effectiveness of community activities.

(1) Introduce the advantages of "systematic classroom teaching" to enhance the effectiveness of community activities.

Based on the understanding of the advantages and limitations of subject classroom teaching and the function of community activities, in order to ensure the effectiveness of some specific communities and activities, systematic teaching forms of classroom teaching are introduced, that is, developing systematic teaching materials, carrying out systematic teaching design (preparing lessons), teaching in different grades or classes, and systematically evaluating the effect of activities. This kind of community organization gives full play to the advantages of classroom teaching and greatly improves the effect of community activities. For example, in the junior class of baseball and softball club taught by teacher Zhang Liwei, their methods to promote this brand-new project are: compiling school-based teaching materials for baseball and softball and adopting classroom teaching.

(2) Introducing the advantages of "combining classroom teaching with individual counseling" to enhance the effectiveness of community activities.

Organizing learning activities in the form of teaching classes is beneficial for teachers to teach all club members on a large scale according to the teaching content and activity plan, thus winning the high speed of teaching. However, the members of the club come from different classes or even different grades, and there are differences in age, knowledge and method reserve, intelligence level, learning process and acceptance ability. Therefore, the introduction of "individual counseling" in classroom teaching is one of the important means to improve the effectiveness of community activities. For example, in dance, chorus, information and other clubs, teachers generally combine group counseling with individual counseling.

In addition, introducing the advantages of "openness of classroom teaching" and "combination of compound teaching and self-study counseling" are all measures to improve the effectiveness of community activities.

2. Introduce the advantages of community activities to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

(1) Introduce the advantage element of "asynchronous teaching difference" to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

Under the class teaching system, students' differences in knowledge and method reserve, intelligence level, learning process and acceptance ability exist objectively. At the same time, our school receives a large number of students transferred from other places and students whose schools are closed by the government every semester, which leads to great differences in the learning level and progress of students in the class. If unified requirements and activities are carried out, the differences between students in the class will become more and more serious. In a certain period of time or a certain teaching content, asynchronous teaching forms common in the community will be introduced appropriately. For example, in the process of teaching information technology "Illustration", Mr. Ding Huan put forward multi-level learning tasks for six members of the information society and five students who were placed in forbidden schools.

(2) Introducing the advantage elements of "situational teaching" to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

On-site teaching can make up for the lack of direct knowledge of students in classroom teaching. It breaks through the general class teaching system, which is not only the transfer of places, but also the difference of teaching methods. Therefore, the appropriate introduction of field teaching in subject teaching can effectively improve the learning effect of some specific teaching contents. For example, Cao Chunyuan's mathematics activity of "approaching the campus" after the teaching of the seventh volume of mathematics in Jiangsu Education Edition, and Han Qin's on-site teaching activity of leading students to Changzhou Detention Center during the teaching of "Morality and Society" have achieved good educational and teaching effects.

(3) Introducing the advantage element of "flexibility of group cooperation" to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.

The group teaching method is different from the extreme breaking of the class system. It not only maintains the advantages of class system in group teaching, but also takes care of the individual differences of children. It is more conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and improving the learning efficiency of students at all levels. It can also avoid the so-called deepening the gap between students, and be organized, planned, living, cooperative and creative, which is why teachers are widely used in the classroom.

In addition, the introduction of "half a wing-style or semi-circular teaching equality" and "floor-standing teaching fun" are also measures to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
