? I have been engaged in trusteeship education 14 years. Living in this world surrounded by children, parents and colleagues has become a habit. Just like the relationship between fish and water, I can say that I have become a part of trusteeship. At present, there are 36 directly-operated schools, with more than 1 000 students in custody every day.

Every day when I wake up, I think about everything related to trusteeship, how to innovate and how to reform; Thinking about how to improve the quality of teachers; Thinking about how to make the managed products better; Think about the relationship between the enterprise and its own industry; I wonder if trusteeship education can have a bright future like New Oriental. Thinking about how to enhance the value of the industry; Fourteen years of work, fourteen years of thinking. The above is a brief description of my career, so that everyone can have a preliminary understanding of my relationship with the custody industry.

Let's talk about "people" first. The qualities of founders, managers, teachers and staff are the basis for the development of a single school. The founders need to focus on this, otherwise the school will not have any long-term development, which is also related to the whole industry. The screening of people in the early stage, the training in the middle stage, the design of promotion channels in the later stage, the founder's own thinking ability and learning ability, including the ability to establish work incentive mechanism, all involve a relatively complete system, which needs the founder to calm down and summarize and sort out.

First, the academic level and personal accomplishment of teachers play a decisive role in the completion of high-quality teaching. In 20 14, Runyu College began to control the academic qualifications of new recruits at two levels. From 20 16, Runyu was designed and operated to upgrade the brand "Full House Thinking", and the new proofreader controlled the academic level of new employees at the level of academic degree and postgraduate degree. It is expected that through two years of training, the first batch of highly educated management and operation talents in the custody industry will be produced. Selecting high-standard employees is to better prepare for product upgrade. The trusteeship industry has developed in Chinese mainland for nearly 20 years. At this time, the hosting industry is similar to the karaoke bars of that year, which is relatively cheap and its industry value has not been recognized by the society. It will take about five years to develop KTV nationwide, so the whole industry will operate in a low-profit space for at least three years. Low profit, complicated workflow and low salary are the main reasons for the shortage of talents in the industry, and they are also the main factors for the embarrassing situation in the industry. The evolution of an industry needs to rely on the common progress of the same industry.

? Second, the personal quality and professional skills of the staff determine the basic service quality of the trust institution, which is the key to affect the operation of a single school. Chefs and assistant chefs decide the quality and safety of food. It can be said that this position is the most important part in the daily work of trust institutions. The kitchen operation room is an independent area that needs strict management, and other staff are not allowed to enter at will, so that no one can lock the door, monitor it in real time, check it every day and find hidden dangers. The selection of ingredients should be controlled according to strict procedures. This is what our whole industry needs to strengthen, and it should be supervised and trained by the Food and Drug Administration. At present, the sites of most trust institutions do not meet the standards of food processing, and the requirements for logistics personnel are not professional, which has great security risks and requires all practitioners to make efforts to improve the business environment and facilities. The founders of custody institutions in the same area can organize custody industry alliances, actively contact relevant departments after the organization is formed, regularly carry out special food safety training, improve the professional knowledge and skills of logistics personnel, jointly promote the perfection of this work, and provide safe and reliable services for the society. With the development of the industry, individual schools can also enjoy the industry dividend and win better development opportunities.

The daily work of the trust institution is complicated, involving personal safety, catering, teaching, habit formation and spiritual growth. It is much more troublesome to implement than subject teaching on weekends. Often, a professional custodian institution has to set up more than six different positions, and each position has a different working principle. Supervisor, finance, front desk, teacher, chef, cleaning, security guard, driver, etc. It is difficult to coordinate daily work. As a founder, you need to fully consider and analyze. Workers in different occupations have different perceptions and perspectives, different values, different ages and different academic qualifications. This is the biggest management difficulty of the custodian institution, and different ways and means should be used in communication.

Managers who can run a professional trust well need to know management, education, teaching, catering, psychology and communication ... The development of the school depends on talents, and the development of the industry also needs talents. I hope more talents will enter this industry.
